30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect are also eligible for return. Please contact us within the same 30-day window so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
